STRINGS
2011
"STRINGS" is a Classical / Instrumental / Electronic album that I have wanted to make for a really long time. At the end of 2011, I had been downloading midi files and reworking music by Tchaikovsky, Bach, Beethoven, Albinoni, The Doors, and even GNR. Check it out. It's comforting. Download it now.

THIS IS SEX UNICORN - EP01
2011
"SEX UNICORN" was a band name before it was a band. Jeff & I were jamming with a couple of guys who thought the name was ghey.......so we got rid of them and picked up a couple of dudes who understood it's magic. This is Hard Rock that you wouldn't want your daughter to listen to. Seriously, DO NOT LET YOUR DAUGHTERS HEAR THIS ALBUM! Download it now.

I WISH YOU WERE DEAD
2009
"TIM MAEDER, I WISH YOU WERE DEAD" is the first half of a two part Electronic / Industrial album that I started working on this in the Summer of 2008 while on a cruise to the Bahamas. Being out in the middle of the ocean, far away from any land, really boosted my creativity. When I got back to Chicago, I asked Jeff to play guitar on some of the tracks. I love it! Download it now.

DOTTI MYLAR
DOTTI MYLAR 2008
2008
"DOTTI MYLAR" was one of my first bands that I started when I was 15. Justin, Shelby, Chad & I wrote and played a lot of material that due to our age, lack of cash and/or modern technology, we never recorded. In 2007 I decided to get the guys back together to make the record that should have been made 10 years prior. Packed full of original Grunge / Alt / Thrash songs, this record is a must hear. Download it now.

THANK YOU, MR. MELTDOWN
2008
"THANK YOU, MR. MELTDOWN" is Perfect Red's epic masterpiece. After our 2006 tour, we were all sooo drained that we started going in a different direction musically and production wise. With the addition of Mark on Keyboards, Tony, DJ, Jeff & I spent almost a year recording, editing & mixing these anthems in my makeshift studio. Jeff's guitar solos on this album are some of the best I've ever heard, ever! It's a great final album from my most popular band. Download it now.

AFIRE DESIGN REMIXES
2007
"Dear Trent Reznor, You are a fucking genius!" The "AFIRE DESIGN REMIXES" is a compilation of Nine Inch Nails songs that I was able to take, break, and remake. They appeared on the Remix.NIN.com website where an extremely large community of fans were able to do the same. If you are a Nails fan, you should check out what I've done. Download it now.

TAKE THIS TO THE GRAVE
2006
"TAKE THIS TO THE GRAVE" is a compilation of demos that I had been working on since 2004 when I got my first ProTools system. It includes electronic jams as well as acoustic heartbreakers like my remake of "Home Sweet Home" by Motley Crue. It's a hell of a predecessor to the "I WISH YOU WERE DEAD ALBUMS" This also has my early demos of a few songs PERFECT RED recorded on the "THANK YOU, MR. MELTDOWN" record. Enjoy! Download it now.

2006 TOUR CD
2006
Before embarking on our "REBUILD THE AFTERWORLD TOUR", we thought it would be cool to have a very limited number of tour bonus CDs made to sell while on the road. The CD consisted of a hand full of songs recorded at Gravity Studios during the "A MILLION REASONS" sessions......stuff that most people didn't know existed. Download it now.

2005
"AXIS OF EAGLE" is a masterpiece! Gary "Rock" Rose, Ian Vader, Greatest Drummer in the World, The TM 335 X Singing Module, Joe Yesterday, Marc Bellio, and Walter Capo, Jr. III, take music to a new height on this album....perhaps a height that is only known by eagles. Download it now.

REBUILD THE AFTERWORLD
2005
"REBUILD THE AFTERWORLD" was Perfect Red's "Appetite For Destruction". It was our first full-length album as a band. With the exception of "Was It Heaven?" The entire album was recorded and mixed in 2 days at Gravity Studios in Chicago. Gritty, nasty, aggressive sound made this music mesh well with my dark lyrics and guttural screams. We also had a new guitarist, Jeff, who brought amazing riffs and a great stage presence to the band. At this time, our following in Chicago got bigger, MySpace exploded and we stated to reach fans all around the world. We also made two music videos for this album again with the help of our good friend Randy Rieson. Download it now.

A MILLION REASONS
2003
"A MILLION REASONS" was our first big production recording that really got us going in Chicago. Billy Keller from the band Areaman joined us on guitar and backing vocals. We soon scored management, got the attention of the major labels, started playing bigger shows with bands like Disturbed, Janus, and Pillar, made our first music video with our friends Randy, Mike & Brendan, appeared on local TV, and started getting a bit of radio airplay. GRAVITY SESSIONS 07-12-02
2002
At the end of 2001, we moved back to Chicago and scored a production deal. We started writing and recording and at Gravity Studios were we recorded the "Witch" album. This time around, we had found a new drummer, Tony Kempa, who balanced out the 3-piece very well. This group of songs was recorded live in the studio on July 12, 2002. We played a show later that night in Chicago. We were starting to build momentum. Download it now.

UNTIL WE DIE AGAIN
2000
In the time of Limp Bizkit, Korn, and Deftones, we found ourselves in Lincoln, NE. DJ and I met Brian, Seth and Travis, three dudes that seemed to share our passion for music. We were playing out, trying to build a following, and recording demos with our buddy Shawn Sparks. This album was a testament to the time. Download it now.

BEDROOMS & BULLETHOLES
1999
"BEDROOMS & BULLETHOLES" was basically a mixtape of all of the unreleased demos that I had been working on from this time. In retrospect, it probably seemed like something that would induce seizures, the way that the songs fit together like pieces from multiple puzzles. Fortunately, it was fun to put together with help from my buddy Judah.

WITCH
1998
In 1998, DJ and I found ourselves living near Chicago, drummerless, broke, and jaded from the last record. We auditioned a bunch of drummers that didn't pan out. Finally, we decided to start from scratch, write new music with programmed drums, find a studio that would work well with us, and keep thing rolling. The Album turned out great and we bonded with our new friends Doug & the guys from Gravity. Download it now.

V.DEEP 6
THREE PIECES OF MEAT
1997
In 1997, DJ and I quit Sweeney Todd and started V.Deep6 with Justin, the drummer of Dotti Mylar. After recording a few demos, we landed a small record deal with a label outside of Chicago. This turned out to be the biggest recording nightmare of my entire life. The owner/producer was terribly difficult to work with. He made us very uncomfortable during recording, which shows in our takes. He refused to let us punch-in and didn't have us record to a click. To make things worse, as one of us would be tracking a part in the live room, he would be talking sh-t about that person to those of us in the control room. It continued to get worse. We also had no say in how the record was mixed, and he lied to us about sales with distribution. We didn't see a penny. All of our hard work was wasted. After our contract was up, we ran. I truly wish that every copy of this album would spontaneously combust so that it could never be heard again. Fortunately, I doubt anyone is listening to it anyway.

SWEENEY TODD
SWEENEY TODD EP01
1996
In '96, Sweeney Todd was a new rock band in KV that I fell in love with after a couple of my friends had joined the group. When their singer left the band, I joined and we recorded some demos with our buddy John Hindes. Soon after, DJ, Jesse, Logan & I hopped in the van and headed to Alsip, IL to record a 6 song EP. We had CDs pressed and sold it for a few bucks. This was in fact my very first "CD".

TED DEMON SOUNDTRACK
1995
"TED DEMON SOUNDTRACK" was my first step into the digital world. I was starting to get into music like Nine Inch Nails and the idea of a "virtual band" excited me. I saw a posting at Circle-M from a dude selling a Boss Dr550 drum machine. I bought it for $125 and within a few weeks, I had created the entire soundtrack for a non-existent film.

ACOUSTIC DEMOS
1995
The 4-track recorder....technology at it's finest! I was 16 and had been spending every spare second of my time writing music. I had soooo many songs and wanted to record them. I saved, and saved, and saved until I had enough to buy a Tascam Porta7. After recording about songs on my crappy acoustic guitar, I started giving the tapes to everyone I new. It was funny how they ended up in the hands of some many people I didn't know.

TAIL
TAIL EP01
1994
The year was 1994. I was fifteen and just started the first incarnation of Dotti Mylar, called Tail. Justin, Shelby & Chad were all a couple years older than me which made it exciting to be hanging out with an older crowd. We wrote a hand full of originals (a first for me) and somehow started playing college parties. We needed a demo, so we hooked up some time in Circle-M Studios in KVMO. Dave did a great job though we were young and very rough around the edges.
